About Us
Reimagining the relationship between sound and support
Our mission
Loop was created to give artists a second way to earn from their music, separate from traditional distribution. It's built for the new age of social media and posting, where discovery happens by scrolling, commenting, and sharing.
We're building a social-first music app where sound comes first and support isn't limited to what's in your wallet.
The problem
Streaming has become stagnant. Play counts have turned into the measure of what's good, and people decide whether to stay on a song based on how many others already like it. Artists get passive payouts and little insight, and fans have no real way to help unless they spend money.
Loop changes that. Plays are still a useful stat, but they shouldn't decide whether you like a song.
How Loop works
Sound over hype
Pick your 3 favorite genres, and Loop feeds you artists big and small in that same vibe. You choose what you see, the same way TikTok and Facebook tailor your feed, except here it's built around the music you actually like. So ask yourself one question: what sounds good to you?
The comment section is the new review
Every song gets a crowd-sourced focus group. Fans share their thoughts and artists see how their music lands, which gives both sides a new perspective on every song.
Boosts: support that doesn't cost a thing
Maybe listening is all you can afford, and that's enough. Fans earn Boosts by listening, then use them to push and share the artists they love. When money is tight, a Boost gives an artist a different kind of value: more visibility, more ears, and a new way to earn.
Stats and an open market
Artists get real data on their songs, plus a storefront to sell their music, share an experience with their fans, or keep it intimate with their core community. It runs alongside traditional distribution and opens up income that streaming overlooks.
Fans earn too
Loop isn't only for artists. Listeners can earn for their fandom, so the time you spend finding and backing great music is worth something.
Judge less on numbers, more on sound
No hype games, no being told what you're supposed to like. Just sound, community, and real support.
